Bought this with the intension to use while some home updates were completed but then decided to go a different route so this is now no longer needed. It's a very nice 09 Rockwood Roo 24' travel trailer/ camper model 23ss. Originally sleeps 8 but prior owners had to adjust to accommodate for more additional space due to health issues. This also included their removal of the canvas tents & beds so our purchase did not include them. It's currently set up to sleep 4. The kitchen bench area and sofa both transform into sleeping areas/beds. New owners can decide to use it as is or bring it back to full sleeping capacity. Air mattresses are also a good choice and relatively convenient. The camper is in good standings, clean and ready to go. Will not come with tv/ radio but all appliances are in working order. The awning and 1 slide out also work. The fridge can be used on either propane or electric. Lots of exterior storage space as well as an outdoor shower. Willing to include the tow stabilizer unit (a $250 value) with cash purchase. Serious inquiries only. May consider trades of equal value.
