Bought this with the intension to use while some home updates were completed but then decided to go a different route so now this is no longer needed. It's a very nice 09 Rockwood Roo 24' travel trailer/ camper model 23ss. Originally sleeps 8 but prior owners had to adjust to accommodate for more additional space due to health issues. This also included their removal of the canvas tents & the beds so our purchase did not include them however The kitchen dinette bench seats and sofa both convert into sleeping areas. New owners can decide to use it as is or bring it back to full sleeping capacity. Air mattresses are also a good choice and relatively convenient. The camper is in good standings, clean and ready to go. **Prior owners did hook everything up & provided a walk through to ensure that everything worked as it should and was in good working order. Will not come with tv/ radio but all appliances are in working order. The awning and 1 slide out also work. The fridge can be used on either propane or electric. Lots of exterior storage space as well as an outdoor shower. Willing to include the tow stabilizer unit (a $250 value) with cash purchase. Serious inquiries only. May consider trades.
