Bought this with the intension to use while some updates were completed but then decided to go a different route so unfortunately we never ended up using this. It's a nice 2009 Rockwood Roo 24' travel trailer/ camper model 23ss. Originally sleeps 8 but prior owners had to adjust to accommodate for more additional space due to health issues. This included their removal of the canvas tents, bed mattresses & the furniture so our purchase did not include those so new owners can add their final touches on it or use it as it is. what you see in the photos is what you get. the kitchen table/benches do fold down into a sleeping area as well as the sofa that has already been turned into a bed. the new owners can also decide if they want to bring it back to its full sleeping capacity or use air mattresses witch I find to be a good choice and relatively convenient. The camper has been recently cleaned and is ready to go. **As a confirmation**prior owners did hook everything up as well as provide a walk through to ensure everything was in working order & in good standings. Trailer will not come with tv/radio but will include the appliances ( stove, microwave, refrigerator.)The fridge can be used on either propane or electric. There is also a lot of interior/exterior storage space as well as an outdoor shower. Willing to include the tow stabilizer unit (roughly a $250 value) if purchased at the asking price. Priced accordingly but cash offers are being accepted so the price is slightly negotiable. Serious inquiries only. May also consider trades.
