Monthly rent is $1,250. Includes all utilities, WiFi, available laundry, and use of kitchen as well your own private bathroom within your room. It is the only bedroom on the main floor. This is for a 6 month, with the possibility of extending it.
Tobacco smoking in the house or on the property is not allowed. However we are 420 mindful though also not in or around the house (odorless Vape an exception).
Plenty of room for parking. The neighborhood is exceptionally quiet /with a respectful, considerate, very safe vibe. One other room is sometimes available for rent. Both rooms typically are rented by medical or law enforcement professionals looking for quiet, safe space in a relaxed environment—to unwind after a challenging day of work. As a result of this desire to maintain a quiet space no pets are allowed.
