I have for sale my International Harvester 574 tractor. It is a 2wd row crop tractor, about 55 HP with a diesel engine. It is from the early 1970's(72 or 73 I think) which means it is about 50 yrs old so not shiny and new. But is solid and in decent shape for that age, not badly dented and dinged, and will cost you a lot less than a shiny new one. It starts, runs and operates. It has PTO, 3 point hitch and a set of remote hydraulic ports. The water pump DOES have a small leak so if it sits for too long it will drain the fluid out of the cooling system. I do have a new pump and gasket that I got, but never installed, that will come with it. Also included is the owners manual. It is small enough to get around well on the farm or farmstead, but has plenty of power(I used to use 4 bottom moldbord plows and a 12 ft set of disk harrows with it) which makes it a perfect size tractor for operating a brush hog, wood splitter, planter or tiller, hauling trailers or wagons, raking hay, spraying, cultivating, hauling and many other things. I am only selling it because an accident a few years ago left me unable to operate it. I have lowered the price to $4800 OBO because I want to sent it to a new home before winter. I also have a set of clamp on dual wheels that I used on this tractor that can be purchased for an additional fee. Please contact me at 518 643 two zero three five with any questions or to set up a time to check it out. Thanks.
