Like brand new sofa and chair. Beautiful set and very comfortable. Sat on about a handful of times. There are no tears, no stains, or any other damage. Only reason I am selling it is because I need a sofa with a chaise lounge because of surgeries on my hip. I am asking $125 takes it. I live right on RT 9 in Champlain and you will need to come pick it up. Thanks!
